Happy Saturday! It’s my 200 post! ♡ 
So, at the beginning of this summer I started working on my fitness! Not just for my physical health, but for my mental state of mind. I kept it on the down-low from social media for a while. I knew once I was ready, I’d be able to share with you my progress! My only motive was to work on myself, inside and out.

I used to be so self cautious in showing skin and wearing tighter fitting clothes, but lately, I've been more confident and have been pushing my comfort levels to challenge myself. Today I’m wearing this activewear set by @blackmilkclothing and I feel awesome in it. I can now say I’m in the best state of mind that I have ever been, both physically and mentally. This is my journey and it’s just the beginning.
